What is a better description of a cube - than that of its construction? I took a recent visit to Salk Institute in San Diego, a famed monument to Brutalist Architecture. This form follows function style of building made me think of all the waste in desgin I see everyday. Every website looks the same now! Every button is animated and every click is a pain. In the early 2000s the internet still looked like this. I'm just trying to pay homage.
